IWQoS invites submission of manuscripts which present original material and should not have been
previously published nor should they currently be under review by another conference or
journal. Any previous or simultaneous publication of related material should
be explicitly noted in the submission. Submissions must be less than 20 double-spaced pages long, including all figures
and citations, and must include
an abstract of 100 - 150 words. The maximum length of final papers in the
proceedings will be 10 pages for long technical papers.
