The INDRA Project is supported by the  Special Projects in Networking  Program of the National Science Foundation. INDRA is a collaboration among investigators at Carnegie-Mellon University (Hui Zhang), Rice University (Ed Knightly), University of Virginia (Jorg Liebeherr). Project Goal: Develop the theoretical underpinnings of  an integrated set of QoS control algorithms for the Next Generation Internet and build a prototype implementation of the proposed algorithms.
