The more specific and directed your comments are, the more useful they are likely to be. Keep in mind that the earlier in the semester you provide the feedback, the greater the opportunity for the professor to implement positive changes during that very same semester based on your feedback.
The "proof" that this Web form feedback mechanism is truly anonymous is the fact that anybody may use this form from any platform whatsoever, including the labs, the SEAS "stacks", home PCs, public computers, etc., without having to first log in or otherwise specify their identity (hence the anonymity).
