We invite submission of Technical papers which report results of theoretical, empirical, and experimental work, as well as experience with technology transition. Panel and tutorial proposals are also invited.

SUBMISSION

Papers must be submitted electronically through the submissions page.

Both an abstract and the full paper must be submitted together by the submission deadline. People without Web access must make advance arrangements with the Program Chair by email at least one week before the submission deadline. Submissions must not exceed ten (10) 8.5"x11" single spaced pages using a 10-point or larger font.

UPDATE: Accepted (camera ready) papers must be in the conference proceedings format and must be accompanied by a signed ACM copyright release form. Details will be provided to authors of accepted papers.

EVALUATION
Paper submissions will be reviewed by the program committee for originality, significance, soundness, and quality of presentation. Papers must clearly present an original contribution to the state-of-the-art. Experience papers are welcome, but they must clearly present general lessons learned that would be of interest and benefit to a broad audience of both researchers and practitioners. Papers must describe work that has not been submitted to or presented at another forum.
