A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees. Attendees
should book their rooms by October 7, four weeks in advance of the
conference to receive the discounted rate. There is a limited number of
rooms available so attendees are advised to book as early as possible to
be assured of a room in the conference hotel. The hotel has quoted us a
rate of $129 single or double per night, but attendees should check with
the hotel to confirm this price. These rates do not include hotel
lodging tax.
Parking is available for attendees at the rate of $3 per day.
Check in is at 4.00 pm. Check out is at 12.00 noon. Arrangements are
required in advance for people needing special assistance. Guests who
wish to check in early or extend their check-out time should make these
arrangements directly with the Hotel. Baggage storage areas are
available for early arrival and late departure.
Each individual is responsible for payment of their own room, tax and
incidental expenses, payable upon check-out.
Reservations must be guaranteed by major credit card or a first night's
deposit. Deposits are due within 7 days of making a reservation. Should
it become necessary to cancel a reservation with a deposit or credit
card, the guest must notify the Hotel within 24 hours prior to the
arrival date to avoid penalty equal to the first night's room and tax
charges.
Important: All conference attendees must identify themselves as a member
of the "SIGSOFT 2000" conference to qualify for the special room rate.
Reservations made after this date will be taken on a space and rate available basis.
