he new HP DesignJet 2500CP printer is capable of producing high-quality, color posters in sizes up to 3' X 100'. The department currently stocks two types of coated paper (heavy and light) as well as glossy photo paper. For more hardware information please see the CS Administration Page
Windows and Unix applications that can use this printer include: PowerPoint, PhotoShop, FrameMaker, and XFig, however, Visio has been the most recommended application for poster printing.
The printer is for research use only, so once you send a job to the queue you must send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org asking them to release your job from the queue before it will be processed.
