Why use Xlib?
hen you want to do things with windows in an Xwindows environment and
you don't want to program everything up by hand.
Setting up Xlib
- The best way to get going with Xwindows is to take some relatively
simple existing Xwindows code that you know works and copy/reverse
engineer it.
