The spotlights <"../spotlight_incl.inc"> and the highlights page
<"hicombined.html"> are generated from the same Webteam MySQL database,
namely table highlights.  To make any change or insertion, it suffices
to make change to this table via http://www.cs.virginia.edu/csdb.  There
is no need to use MakeFile or anything else afterward.
