omputer Science graduate student Glenn Wasson explains the
mechanisms of Marcus the Robot to attendees at the University of
Virginia School of Engineering
and Applied Science's Open House on
Saturday. The automation has been programmed to see its surroundings
and is able to make distinctions between some shapes and colors.
