A. Wulf, Dee
Weilke and Sally McKee, won the Best Paper Award at the Sixth
International Symposium on Modeling, Analysis, and Simulation of
Computer and Telecommunication Systems (MASCOTS'98), Montreal, Canada,
for their paper: "Caches as Filters: A New
Approach to Memory Hierarchy Analysis". Professor Wulf is
currently serving as President of the National Academy of Engineering.
