Mary Lou Soffa received the 2011 Anita Borg Technical Leadership Award has received the Anita Borg Technical Leadership Award, an honor given annually by the institute to a woman who has inspired the women's technology community through outstanding technological and social contributions. She will receive a $10,000 award and will be honored at the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing awards celebration in November 2011 in Portland, Oregon.
