It seems that HotSpot generates only the steady-state temperature for the package layer elements. Is there any way to get the transient temperature trace of package elements from HotSpot? Thanks for your help. ? ? Nastaran Motavalli, M.S. If you need to track the other temperatures, please modify hotspot.c (please look for calls to write_vals). If you need the values output one per row, you could also use the dump_temp function.
