Authors of accepted papers (either regular or WIP paper) who need a letter of invitation to enter Canada, should follow the steps below:
1. Fill out this form letter with your data. This is the letter that you request to be sent to you:

I am also serving as the local arrangements chair for RTAS 2004 (Real-Time and Embedded Technology and Applications Symposium). Congratulations on getting your paper, "(Put your paper title here)". accepted in RTAS 2004. This symposium will be held from May 25 to May 28 in Toronto, Canada. Please do not forget to include your fax number. The invitation letter will be faxed to you on official letterhead once your information is verified. If you do not indicate a fax number the invitation will be sent by return e-mail.
If you are not an author, please explain your relation to the conference and register first. Your letter of invitation will not be sent until your registration is complete. Please use the following alternative form in step 1 above:
