STREAM "standard" results

This is the "standard" set of STREAM benchmark results using the MPI based version of the code.

This set excludes the following categories:

Results for 32-bit operations and operands.
Assembly language, hand-coded, simulated, or other experimental results.
Obsolete or superceded results.
