    Hello,
I run the precompiled "STREAM PPC604 OPT" program from your web page on my Apple PowerMac 9600 350. The RAM is installed pairwise, so that it works in the interleave mode.

Below the output of the program. It seames a little strange that some of the 604/603- Macs and Clones on your webpage have better values. The 9600/350 was the fastest 604-Mac with the most elaborate memory management ever buit by Apple.

    Regards
    Yves Edel

    -------------------------------------------------------------
This system uses 8 bytes per DOUBLE PRECISION word.
    -------------------------------------------------------------
    Array size = 400000, Offset = 0
Total memory required = 9.2 MB.
Each test is run 10 times, but only
the *best* time for each is used.
    -------------------------------------------------------------
Your clock granularity/precision appears to be 27 microseconds.
Each test below will take on the order of 72961 microseconds.
       (= 2702 clock ticks)
Increase the size of the arrays if this shows that
you are not getting at least 20 clock ticks per test.
    -------------------------------------------------------------
WARNING -- The above is only a rough guideline.
For best results, please be sure you know the
    precision of your system timer.
