STREAM on 8-way 1.5GHz p655 and 32-way 1.7GHz p690

    I would like to submit STREAM results on two new IBM eServer pSeries
    machines. An MPI version of tuned STREAM was run on the 1.7GHz p690. 4 MPI
    tasks were run concurrently and each task used 8 CPUs.
