Please first visit the procurement page for the University of Virginia and fill out the indicated form. It is very important on the form that you set the payee type to Individual and the relationship to Not a supplier.

Without completing the vendor information it is not possible to award the honorarium.

Breakfast will be supplied at Olsson Hall on Wednesday and Thursday, and lunch on Tuesday - Thursday. Tuesday and Wednesday dinners will be provided through University dining facilities. The facilities offer a range of food choices.

We have requested upgraded parking for the lot across the street from Olsson Hall. We are awaiting confirmation of the request. Please indicate whether you need a parking permit or special parking needs
