Arrival Information and Registration Procedures

Register at Gooch-Dillard Conference Center

SCHEDULE:

• SUNDAY
  • 5:00 P.M. meet at Gooch-Dillard Conference Center
    
  • around 5:30, we will walk over to the Rotunda for the Opening Banquet
    
• MONDAY
  • Continental breakfast begins at 8 A.M. - Olsson 236D
  • 8:30 A.M. Workshop begins - OLSSON HALL Rm 001
• FRIDAY
  • 12:00 NOON Workshop concludes

WEATHER: Expect high 80's, afternoon thunderstorms.

DRESS: Casual

DORMS/CLASSROOMS: air-conditioned, comfortable, not cold.

DORMS:
Suites: 4 - 6 single rooms, common area Provided: bed and bath linens, cup and soap, a few hangers.
Phones: phones in each room with voice mail.

BRING:

• umbrella
• walking shoes
• casual clothes for class
• sweater/light jacket for evening
• ALARM CLOCK (No wake up service)
