For Charlottesville and Albemarle students in grades seven through 12.
While much of our focus is on our mentoring program, Computers4Kids also
emphasizes after-school independent learning as well. All students in the
program are eligible to earn a free home computer system and year of free
internet access. Mentors work with kids in the learning lab, which is open after school,
in the evenings and on weekends.

| Young Women Leaders Mentoring Program |
info |
YWLP is a mentoring program run by the UVa Women's Center and Curry School of Education.
We focus on building competent, connected, and autonomous women leaders through a
combination of individual and group mentoring. Program restrictions require mentors
to be women. The time commitment will not be excessive and should be rewarding -- after school one afternoon a week.
