When cooking with most nuts, remember that if the nuts are crushed, they
will secrete oil. In some cases, the oil will lend its own flavour to the
dish. Of course, this is usually a desirable side-effect. An undesirable
side-effect would be that the dish would turn out to be more oily than
originally intended. If so, use less oil to begin with.
