When it starts to boil add the grated carrot to it let it boil . let the carrots cook. keep stirring all this time after the carrots have cooked, add sugar, ilaichi powder, badam to it. let it cool down and then refrigerate it. a very simple and sweet dish. ps: 1) before u start to grate, take some badams and add hot water to it That will make peeling of the badams easier. peel them and cut it vertical in thin pieces. 2) Use some commonsense when boiling milk.
