| I am a Graduate student in the Department of Computer Science, University of Virginia and I am working under the guidance of Prof. John A. Stankovic in the area of Wireless Sensor Networks. I got my Bachelor's degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the College of Engineering Guindy (CEG), Anna University, India. I did my undergraduate thesis under the guidance of Dr. Arul Siromoney |
Current Research
My research interests are in wireless networks and real-time embedded systems with specific focus on the networking and the MAC layer aspects in such systems. I am a member of the Wireless Sensor Networks group/Real Time and Embedded Systems Laboratory in University of Virginia. I am an active member of a project called LUSTER for the environmental scientists and I developed a light weight MAC protocol for that project. I am currently working on Delay Tolerant Networking, trying to develop a generalized frame work for delay tolerant networks.
