Interaction With the Original Nachos System

We recognized early on that it was in our best interest to avoid gratuitous changes the the original Nachos system. With this in mind all, Nachos/486 related code is in a new subdirectory, nachos486, below the root of the source directory tree. We have designed it such that compiling in that directory will incorporate all relevant code from other directories, and produce either a stand-alone binary and bootable disk, or a valid FreeBSD binary. To implement it, we have added a new macro definition, NACHOS486, to the Nachos system, and have delimited Nachos/486 specific statements within #ifdef NACHOS486 and #endif NACHOS486 blocks.
