The title's probably an overstatement, but this book is a great overview of the world of investment. Tobias explains interest rates (and how they affect the market), goes over different financial instruments, and their tax implications.
A lot of it is simply solid common sense. The book reinforced a lot of my gut feelings about the stock market. Tobias explains why it is difficult to make money off the stock market, and why the book will probably not make the reader rich. In fact, the first chapter of the book is not about investing, but about saving and cutting down on taxes. He explains why it is best to buy and hold for a long time, and why mutual funds are a good alternative.
The book is well-written, an easy (and humorous) read, and good advice on top of that.
