Total (0-25)

* Critiques (0-10): identify holes, rseearch questions, and potential
improvements of the work

* Vision and related work (0-5): Compare and relate the work to other
works and the big picture

* Presentaion (0-5): Stress and illustrate key ideas of the work,
e.g., with examples and figures; clarity in delivery

* Knowledge (0-5): The depth and breadth of knowledge in the materials
