First, group!
Get to know each other.

a) Meeting scheduling
  --- set up a planning meet for tomorrow/Friday to prep for next week's lab
  --- standard set of meeting times

b) For next week's lab, create a Team Organization document / PROTOTYPE

-- describe your team organization and standard process (working rules),
how you conduct your business
Might include: schedule, standards for tools, what you list on your wiki each week for management tracking

Not complete, not accurate

Goal:  is for you all to see what like >1 person creates a doc / everyone write, and group integrates this together

c) Discuss strengths of team members
