Eligibility
To be eligible to use the CSWIRELESS network, you must already possess a CS user ID. Enrollment
in a CS course is not sufficient to grant you access.
What to do
An email to root@cs.virginia.edu will allow you to
obtain access to the CSWIRELESS network. This email must contain a few things:
- Mac Address of your personal computer
- IP Address if you have already been given one for the wired network, if you do not have one this will be set up for you
- Hostname of the computer so an IP Address can be given if this has not been done previously
