    The agent in yellow must calculate a new desired position based on the effects of other agents. The algorithm for high-level control moves the yellow agent away from agents that are too close and towards agents that are too far away. The weighted average of these attractions and repulsions results in a net desired position, indicated by the number 1 in this slide.
