The agent in yellow must now calculate its reaction to the user. In this example the agent is repelled by the user (as in the border collie environment). The agent extends a ray between the user and itself and projects a new desired position a set distance along that ray. The number 2 indicates the desired position the yellow agent has relative to the user.
