Plan for next week

by David Evans on January 22nd, 2011 at 4:30 pm
Posted In: Announcements, Classes

Tuesday, I will finish the AKQ analysis from the first class, and try and do a crash course on various background topics (depending on your registration surveys), most likely including probability and AI game playing.

I am away at a meeting Thursday, so there will not be a regularly scheduled class on Thursday. A make-up class will be scheduled later based on your survey responses.

Here is the schedule for leading classes. I have adjusted things somewhat from the original sign-up, since no one signed up for the early meetings, and I don’t want people to have the same partner both times. (Please let me know if I misspell your name – I’m doing the best I can from what you wrote on the signup sheet.)

  • Tuesday, 1 February — Ben Kreuter, Ben Rodes
  • Thursday, 3 February — Matthew Yu, Yuchen Zhou
  • Thursday, 10 February — Yajun Wang, Weikeng Qin
  • Tuesday, 15 February — Xiaoyuang Wang, Colin Braley
  • Thursday, 17 February — Peter Chapman, Beilin Brown
  • Tuesday, 22 February — Sahnghyun Cha, Hui Shu
  • Thursday, 24 February — Colin Braley, Samee Zahur
  • Tuesday, 1 March — Weikeng Qin, Ben Krueter
  • Thursday, 3 March — Yuchen Zhou, Yajun Wang
  • Tuesday, 15 March — Brielin Brown, Sahnghyun Cha
  • Thursday, 17 March — Samee Zahur, Matthew Yu
  • Tuesday, 22 March — Ben Rodes, Peter Chapman
  • Thursday, 24 March — Hui Shu, Xiaoyuang Wang

The schedule for the rest of the course will be determined later.
