Inorder to accomplish our desired goal the Brothers of NUPES UNITED stand strong and resolve that:

1. Revise the current MIOP to include pre-initiation evaluation and training.
2. All undergraduate advisors must be approved by undergraduate chapter membership.
3. National efforts must be increased to assist undergraduate housing.
4. All Province Polemarchs must be elected directly by the Province to which they serve.
5. Increase national and local scholarship and career development programs offered to undergraduate brothers.
6. Recent graduates must be relieved of all local dues and assessments during their first two years of transition to alumni chapters.
7. The Good of Kappa National Committee must be reestablished.
8. Increase the alumni chapter initiation requirements. No individual should be allowed to be initiated into an alumni chapter unless it is found that an active undergraduate chapter was not located at his alma mater.
9. Restructure Judiciary processes and system of checks and balances.
10. Support the organization of undergraduate-alumni groups
11. Narrow the responsibility of the national nominations committee.
12. Develop proactive chapter risk management and effectiveness strategies.
13. Require chapter e-mail address.
14. Distribute y2k chapter guidelines.
15. A one man one vote system that maintains the current parity between undergraduate/alumni chapters.
