Setup of a "Standard" ITL Laboratory


    The basic equipment of a standard ITLab has  six PCs, three Cisco 7000 routers and several Ethernet Hubs.

The operation system running on each PC is RedHat6.2. Please refer to the tutorial on how to install and RedHat6.2 for detailed information.

The tutorial on Cisco 7000 IOS and the connection of Cisco 7000 routers provides a quick overview and some simple exercises on working with Cisco 7000 routers.

The following table lists the software required to build the required Linux environment on the PCs. Please refer the tutorial on how to install and customize RedHat6.2 for detailed information on installing  the required software.
