AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCEPTED PAPERS

• The camera ready copy of your final manuscript, both hard copy and soft copy, must be submitted by March 29. 
  
• The page limit is 10 pages for each accepted paper. 
  
• Click here for detailed instructions incl. Latex/MS Word templates, pointers to the copyright form, and IEEE address.
  
• These are the main steps:

1. Author creates final manuscript; author downloads, fills out and signs IEEE copyright form
2. Author submits manuscript source file(s) in a compressed archive to FTP site
3. Author mails a hardcopy of the  camera-ready manuscript, along with signed copyright form, to IEEE
4. Source file(s) are converted to PDF by IEEE
5. PDF is compared to camera-ready copy by IEEE; if conversion errors have occurred, or if author did not follow formatting directions, author will be contacted and asked to resubmit.
