I am an active-duty Army officer assigned to the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N.Y., serving as an undergraduate instructor for three years. For my masters work at the University of Virginia, Prof. Paul Reynolds served as my advisor.
Education:
Bachelor of Science, U.S. Military Academy, 1995
Masters in Public Administration, Troy State University (Atlantic Region), 1999
Master of Computer Science, University of Virginia, 2004
Research
I am investigating the constraints of Human Behavior Representation (HBR), particularly in military simulations, characterizing those constraints and developing a framework for realistic yet attainable HBR requirement specifications in near-term simulation development. I am an affiliate member of the Multi-Resolution Modeling research group at UVA. My masters project proposal can be found here and the slides from my project presentation can be seen here.
