Welcome to Jing's Home Page

I am currently a last year Ph.D. student in Computer Science at University of Virginia. My Advisors are Prof. Mary Lou Soffa and Prof. Kamin Whitehouse. Before joining U.Va. in 2004, I received my bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University.

AREAS OF INTEREST

My main research interest lies in analyzing, controlling, and monitoring programs in both source and binary formats by using both static and dynamic approaches. The techniques I am using range over several areas of computer science research, including many-core architecture, programming language, compilation, networked embedded system, and virtual machine.
