I received my Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems and Technologies from the Technical University Sofia, Branch Plovdiv, Bulgaria in 2006.

I received a Master of Computer Science degree from the University of Virginia in 2008.

I am a fourth year graduate student at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Virginia where my advisor is Professor Sang Son.

My research interests include databases, formal event description in sensor networks, and distributed systems.
