Our Honeymoon - St. Lucia
June 26 - July 3, 2000
Kelly and I went to St. Lucia in the southeastern Carribean for
our honeymoon. The island was beautiful and the resort was great;
we got some much needed rest and relaxation, but also did some fun
stuff and had a wonderful week. Here are some things we did and
saw...
We stayed at a Sandals resort - here are some pictures from the two
Sandals resorts in St. Lucia:
The two Sandals resorts had eight different restaurants and countless
bars - we did our fair share of eating and drinking:
We did manage to make it off the resorts for an all-day tour of
the island - we took a bus down the western coast visiting some
sights the first half the day, then sailed back up to the resort
the second half of the day:
We went snorkeling twice:
We also rode aquabikes (bikes mounted on surfboards) around
our resort:
Finally, we spent a few of our last moments on the resort
hanging in our favorite hammock-like structure:
