Action/Sub-action Detail Screen

The action/sub-action detail screen shows almost all the information available on a specific action/sub-action. A user gets to this screen by one of 2 ways:

  1. clicking on the hyperlink provided in the summary screen's main content area (name or action item no.), or
  2. clicking on the name of the action/sub-action in the upper left dropdown in the summary screen
Some items to note about the detail screen are the following:

Attached Files
Files may be associated/attached with each action item. On the detail screen, one may delete or rename an attached file.

Related Actions
Actions/sub-actions may be "related" to other actions/sub-actions. When an action or sub-action is "related," a hyperlink pointing to the related action/sub-actions will appear under the category, Related Actions:, in the detail screen. If an action is a parent, that relationship in itself does not make the action and it's child (the sub-action) related (considered related actions).

Status
An action/sub-action can have 1 of the 4 following statuses:

  1. open
  2. closed
  3. cancelled
  4. completed
The users of the system have assigned a meaning to each one. On the summary screen the color of the suspense date corresponds to the status of the action.

Associated users
The associated users of an action/sub-action are grouped according to privileges. They are listed in their respective groups on the detail screen.
