Welcome to Ronghua Zhang's Homepage

Starting from 1993, I spent 4 years in Huazhong University of Science and Technology and got my BS in computer science in 1997. After that, I went to Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences and received Master degree in 2000.

Currently, I am a PhD student in Computer Science Department of University of Virginia. I am now working with Prof. John A. Stankovic and Prof. Tarek F. Abdelzaher on several projects. My research focuses on providing QoS guarantee in Internet services.

    What do I do in my spare time? Well, I do lots of stuff, but I am good at none of them :-(. I play badminton every week, but get defeated every time; I like pop music, but can hardly remember the name of the songs and their singers; I read history books, but always change the history by mistaking the time and location of the events. Maybe I should be proud of my swimming skill, because I have not got drown yet. Or should I boast of my cooking skill, because I have not burned my kitchen ?^_^
