I am a graduate student in the Computer Science Ph.D. program at the University of Virginia. I defended my Ph.D. in May 2012 and will be joining the Computational & Information Sciences directorate at the US Army Research Lab in Aberdeen, MD this summer.
My research interests lie in the area of application development for Cyber-Physical Systems (CPSs). My dissertation was completed under the guidance of Prof. Kamin Whitehouse and focused on reducing the effort required to develop CPS applications. In December 2009, I completed my M.S. in Computer Science with Prof. Whitehouse. My masters thesis described the implementation of MDB, the first macrodebugger for CPSs. The work was presented at SenSys 2009 in Berkeley, CA. Prior to coming to U.Va., I received a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
