Parser.php	Does not place "edit" tags for each document section. (No longer requires each page to use the __NOEDITSECTION__ "magic word" on each page.) Places Tables of Contents (TOCs) at the top of the documents (if at all). A TOC is generated if there are a sufficient number of document sections or by explicitly including the __TOC__ "magic word" in the document.
MonoBook.php	Uses a MediaWiki:Sidebar composed of Wiki-text.
