Hotel Information
The Courtyard by Marriott Group is putting the finishing touches on a new facility on West Main Street in Charlottesville. Because of the newness of the facility booking rooms will have to be done through the FOGA registration process. After registering one will be contacted with payment information and there after direct contact with Mrs. Gregg or Professor Martin will allow updating or modifying one's room reservation.
Unfortunately, the central Marriott reservation system will not be able to make the reservations for this particular unit.

Special Student Information

Yes, students are special people and to encourage their participation we have a student registration rate. This rate primarily unbundles the hotel room cost. Though the room rate we have arranged is quite good for most of the hotels/motels in Charlottesville, this unbundling is intended to allow students to arrange less expensive housing (possibly even camping on the Blue Ridge, ha, ha). More seriously, several students may want to get together to arrange accomodations together. If you have registered as a student and would like to be put in contact with other student registrants, please contact Mrs. Gregg or Professor Martin and we will exchange your email addresses. If you are about to register as a student then add your interest in communicating with other students to the note at the bottom of the registration form.
