I am a computer science Ph.D. student working under the direction of Prof. Jack Davidson and Prof. Mary Lou Soffa. I earned B.E. degree in computer science from the University of Science and Technology of China. Before joining UVa CS, I worked in a software company in Tokyo for four years. As a researcher, I am interested in system software, including compilers, Operating Systems and dynamic run-time systems. Currently I am working on optimizing the performance and reducing the energy footprint of software running on many-core processors using a dynamic run-time system called REEact. |
