Bush: 'Acts of war'
President Bush asked Congress for emergency funding today in response to what he called "acts of war," as rescuers looked for survivors of Tuesday's terror attacks. Meanwhile, investigators said they'd intercepted phone calls between members of a group supported by Osama bin Laden discussing attacks on U.S. targets.
