Please note that this material is not distributed to students. If you are a student and want access, you must have your instructor request the material. We are not allowed to grant any exceptions to this policy. Because we realize the importance of self-checking the third edition of our textbook includes answers to selected exercises.

Before accessing the material you need an account name and password.  Please contact the authors to receive the account name and  password. If possible please specify a school website that verifies your instructor status. If no such website is available, please specify the name and phone number of an administrator we can contact to verify your status. We will as quick as possible verify your professional identity and send you an account name and password. Note, whenever it is possible we send replies to your official school account.

If no identifying information is provided, we assume the request is non-legitimate. Non-legitimate requests do not require feedback.

We report incidents of people masquerading as others to the appropriate school and ISP. If your school is like our school, such masquerading is considered worthy of disciplinary action.

Answers to exercsises (third edition)
