I noticed in your balance.tbl that you have the Pentium down for
a theoretical FPOPS/cycle as 1 (one). The best that I have been
able to find is 2 FPOPS/ 3 cycles for a dot product, as calculated
in Dr. Dobbs Journal #226 Jan. 1995, p. 28. This the guaranteed
not to be exceeded number, as far as I can determine.
