Optional assignment Due Monday, November 2 @ 2 PM — no late assignments will be accepted.

Description

• I have determined that I can produce a program that correctly predicts the winner of the 2020 presidential election.

• I will explain my algorithmic process at the start of class on Monday.

• You are welcomed to conduct your investigation. However, for the purposes of this assignment, I have distilled my effort into two programs. In alphabetical order they are:

• Program biden.py

• Program trump.py

where program biden.py prints the string 'Biden' and program trump.py prints the string Trump'.

• For this optional assigment, you are to submit a program that correctly predicts the winner of the 2020 US Presidential Election. The program is only allowed to print one word; i.e., 'Biden' or 'Trump'.

Grading

• If you submit a proper program that correctly prints the winner of the election, your grade will be 15/15.

• If you do not submit a program, you are excused from the assignment;

• Otherwise, your grade will be 5/15.
