Decrypt the message in http://www.cs.virginia.edu/cs551-security/challenges/message1.txt (to be posted 30 August 2000) which was encoded using a Jefferson wheel with 36 wheels.

Hint revealed on October 9: makekey.c (this is the program I used to generate the encryption key)

The value of a satisfactory solution to this challenge is 100 points (one problem set).
