1. Uninstall any trial versions of Office installed on the computer.
2. Insert Windows Software USB
3. Open the file explorer and select the usb drive
4. Open Install Setup Office 2016
5. Open Office2016-UVA-MS-Elect
   1. Open the setup at the bottom
6. Accept the terms and click continue and Install Now
7. After installation click “close”
8. Open the “Install Setup Office 2016” folder and open the “cut and paste lines” text file
9. Type cmd on the desktop search bar and open the command prompt
10. Copy and paste lines from the text file as instructed and press Enter after each line
    1. If ERROR check the time on the computer and make sure it is correct!!!!
11. Open a Microsoft application (excel, word, etc) and open a blank file. Close the screen that asks you to buy the software by clicking the X in the upper right hand corner.
    1. Click file, Account and check if it says “Product Activated” to confirm

Install Secure Cylance, CRT, SecureFX, and SuperAntiSpyware:

1. Open the USB drive and install these software from their respective folders
2. Fore CRT and FX choose the “UofVirginia” version
   1. Use common profile and complete setup type
3. Skip the trial for Super Anti Spyware.
4. Install OPSWAT and VPN on desktops only
5. For users with an iKey you will have to install drivers for the specific iKey they have. Check the UVA website for drivers (https://virginia.service-now.com/its?id=itsweb_kb_article&sys_id=1067a9d9db859b084f32fb671d9619df).
