CSDOM - Windows Domain

We maintain a Windows domain called CSDOM. When you get a Computer Science user account you get an account on this domain. A number of services use AD (Active Directory) for authentication, such as Samba.

When logging in to these services you may need to put “CSDOM\” in front of your userid. eg CSDOM\ktm5j.

You can change your password after logging in to any Windows system joined to our domain. To change your password, press Ctrl-Alt-Del and select “Change Password”.

Changing your password on Windows does *not* change your password on Linux. To keep the same password on both operating systems, you must make any changes in both places.
